Use:
Test whether the Spike has the ability to invade the target cell line: use the virus to infect the cell line to be tested and test the expression of the reporter gene in the cell.
Test the neutralizing activity of antibody or serum on Spike: use the virus and the serum or antibody to be tested to neutralize and incubate the mixture with VeroE6 after incubation. by testing the reporter gene situation in VeroE6 cells after 48 hours, and comparing with cells without serum incubation and mock cells, the inhibitory efficiency of serum or antibody can be obtained
